The room was clean and well appointed but be warned that the beds are extremely firm. If you are used to/like a softer more plush bed, you’ll be disappointed and might have a sore back in the morning. The bath towels were like sandpaper. So rough! The breakfast was mediocre and they didn’t seem to have enough of the food/were very slow to refill. Front desk staff was friendly but not all of the breakfast staff was.

Small breakfast selection that was over crowded on Saturday morning. My daughter and I couldn’t sit together. Front desk person who checked me in, went straight to what’s your name? No greeting. I had to be the one to say, good evening first. Many establishments lack good customer service and I miss the old days where companies spent time to train and vet applicants. Now there appears to be desperation and hire whomever applies.

The pullout bed was quite uncomfortable with nearly no padding between the springs and sheet. The shower water was max lukewarm. Someone’s leftover ice cream was left behind in the freezer. Would have been 3 stars but then on the way to breakfast, my husband saw cockroach by the bathrooms on the first floor. Gross!
