The property was in an ideal location for all the amusement parks in Orlando. The room with a king-sized bed was spacious and comfortable. The walk-in shower was refreshing. Went for a 5 night stay with my wife while visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. It was a great, clean, comfortable, safe hotel. We enjoyed our stay and never encountered any issues at all though out our stay. Close distances to almost anything you’ll need for a Disney vacation… 2 Big Disney Gift Shops right at the corner, big Walmart right across the street, several fast food options right down the road for those wanting to save a little and not eat much inside the Disney parks… Overall an enjoyable stay. Only thing missing was a micro wave in our room. For being a Holiday Inn we were surprised there was no microwave but it was not a deal breaker. Everything else was great! Enjoyed some time in the pool as well after a long day at Disney. Will definitely stay here again when we return in the future.

Un par de recepcionistas super groseras. Te hacen caras como si te hicieran un favor. Y 150 dolares de deposito me parece demasiado para la calidad de las habitaciones, que deja mucho de desear. Lo rescatable es la piscina, la temperatura es agradable y cierra hasta tarde.

The building needs maintenance on exterior; paint, sidewalk repair, power washing, and landscaping. Front desk not friendly and lacked professionalism. Unable to ask a question at the market due to employees carrying on a conversation but not assisting guests. Hallways need new carpet and a dehumidifier.

I would have loved a hot tub.I'm still waiting on my hundred dollars deposit to b returned t it's unfortunate that on the site.It doesn't state that you do not accept cash.That would have been very helpful. And it's also unfortunate that you can.'t call and it should state that on the site as well. On the site it says breakfast included, but when I got there, they said I needed a voucher.It doesn't say anything about that on the site either

Breakfast buffet was actually pretty good!! I wouldnt say good enough for $18 a person, but it definitely worked. Bacon is chefs kiss!! Elevators could use some work 😬 i feel like the pizza place should be open until maybe 12. Even with leaving after the fireworks it still took us until 11 to get back. Overall 8/10
