Stayed here for two nights and overall was good. The building as a whole seems a bit older but the room was spacious and clean and it seemed like had recently been updated/renovated. In all, we had two main issues during our stay: The hotel says it offers a free shuttle service to the Disney parks which was part of the main reason we selected this location. However, once we got there we found out they only pickup and drop off at a specific time for each Disney park. We were going to Hollywood Studios and the shuttle only offered to take us there 2 1/2 hours after the park opened, and would only pick up 15 minutes before the rides closed. Making a separate time reservation was not an option either. Felt like this was really weird to not offer any transportation at least around the time the park opened…we ended up just taking an Uber there and back. Secondly, the hotel is located right across the street from “The Fun Spot” — which has thrill rides from which we could hear guests’ screams as they were riding the rides. We could also hear general noise coming from the theme park from our room late into the night.

Not as advertised, extremely outdated. We did not stay in the hotel after check into room we requested to be moved rooms, the second room was worse, lights barely worked. We moved hotels that night.

Do not stay here!!!!!

This place is a dump!!! It’s in a terrible part of town, looks run down, halls have stains all over the carpets, our bathroom leaked all over the floor, the people staying in other rooms were fighting and screaming so loud you could hear it in the hallway, and it was nothing like I anticipated. The only good part of our stay was the employee customer service. The McDonald’s next door had lots of sketchy people there over the weekend. I did not feel safe letting my adult daughter walk around the hotel at night alone.

Property is dated. Room furniture visibly worn. Bedding had dirty spots. Housekeeping did not replace coffee pods or cups. Outlets were broken. Location is fine. Hallways and rooms noisy. We had a power outage which was outside of their control. They did communicate updates well.

Ok Stayed

The check-in was nice, in the bathroom the toilet is very low and loos like the plaster from the walls was deteriorating due to the moisture (Not enough ventilation). The hotel should offer free continental breakfast because I paid $18 and was not that good also was kind of disappointed that there’s no free shuttle to areas around the hotel.
