The beds were incredibly comfortable, and while the rooms are generally clean, they are old (circa early 1990's) which means they have what appear to be years of grime. And remarkably there is no installed charging capacity, not even light fixtures with charging ports, which should be an easy modernizing upgrade.

My husband and I went stayed here for us to be able to go Disney. It was at most 15 mins from the parks, really close absolutely loved it. The hotel itself wasn’t terrible, I just wish in the room we were staying in had a full body size mirror. But for the most part it was fairly nice. Don’t have any complaints. I do plan on staying again when I go again with my mom and daughter here in the next few months

I was very disappointed in stay. The room air condition was very loud and outdated noise air condition was so loud. The room when I check in wasn’t cleanest and outdated. I ask for towels never received. Last day before I check out got lock out my Room around 10 am keys would not work.,Had go downstairs waiting line almost 30 minute to get check back in they said keys stop work last day of check out. Check out time is11 not 10 am..Waste of time only 1 person working. Not happy about stay or service. Would not go back

For the most part room was ok meaning bed were made and bathroom was nice and big but a lot of things were dusty and floor was not vacuumed to its best. Also mold was above the bathroom in a few areas. I would have changed rooms but at check in was told it was a very busy packed night so I figured I’d be out of luck. Also one of the nights messaged the texted message for the hotel for clean towels nothing never got them the day I messaged for check out they replied fast for that one. breakfest was ok but not $16 worth a person. Now the lobby in the main building was new and clean more up to date but rooms are lacking and so is the second building which we were put in. I will not stay here again but again it was ok but not the cleanest room wise .

the breakfast buffet that was advertised was not at all how it was. for $17 a person, i was hoping to have actual hot food & cold fruit/yogurt. but unfortunately the cold items were above room temp and the hot food was cold. the food was mediocre at best and was prepackaged/precooked “hot” food. we ended up getting our money back for it , however it seemed like none of the staff was shocked about it. there was an awful smell coming from our a/c, we had zero water pressure in the shower and the shower head was caked with calcium and mold. any time we called down to the front desk for something , it was never brought to our room. we finally checked the pool and hot tub out and the hot tub was not actually hot, more like bath water & disgustingly cloudy. the pool was decent but very dirty on the bottom.

Perfect for a single traveler. However, shuttle times to parks weren’t convenient and there were no usable outlets in the room. I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge my phone. Just found that odd. Otherwise, pleasant stay.
