Highly disappointed with management here. They refused any sort of credit for a botched stay...I had no shower curtain and a wet floor, someone with a key tried twice to enter my room at midnight but luckily the door-stopper was engaged. Peephole was blacked out - why? That person was then shouting in Spanish through the door...at midnight, surely waking others. I had no sleep after that. Even though I believe that person was an employee because I could hear plastic rustling (shower curtain), management offered NO apology or credit on my stay "because I completed the stay". WHAT??? Orbitz customer service attempted to advocate with no results but gave me a $25 credit, so that was nice but it should have been a full refund FROM THE HOTEL.

Yazmine was absolutely amazing, she was kind, courteous and super friendly. Our flight was cancelled and we needed accommodation's, she gave us access to the pool while we waited and even offered to store our luggage.
