No one at the front counter for 15 minutes. Once the attendant arrived, i was told the room wasnt ready. Came back a few hours later. Was then told I had to pay for parking... seem a bit like a scam.

The Hotel was fine . Expedia was terrible to deal with for checkin. It took me and hour and half for Expedia to contact the hotel to correct my reservation . Not happy with my Expedia experience . The hotel was good .

Service staff were friendly & room was clean. But, why were microwaves on one side of hotel instead of all rooms with a microwave. There shouldn't be a $10 fee for parking. I was very disappointed!
