Extremely filthy and stinks. Dirty towels in the bathroom, front desk close at 11pm so I didn’t have any one to speak with to rectify this matter. Guest walking barefoot around the property smoking. Doors don’t work to get to your room. Deposit is required in cash but if you are checking out early, you can’t get it until the lobby opens back up and they have to do a walkthrough with you to see if everything is In the room. I would not recommend this filthy place.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Do not put your key card anywhere except your back pocket because if it even comes closer, touching your phone or your other cards it will stop working. We got locked out of our hotel at night on Orange Blossom Trail, it was not a fun experience if I could put a zero I would.

That place is a dump, still has the signs of Travelodge From the outside, it looks destroyed. People live there is not only a hotel but a proyect area, and at night doesnt look secure, a lot of questionable characters, police were called twice its horrible. Do not go there.

They did not meet the deal , They offer 24/7 on the description , but when you arrive to the place , there is a label tha said they don have the same , and you have to pay a deposit and they will deliver to you next day , in my case I left the hotel and I lose my money , it is terrible service for the customer.

Questions provided: did the room feel neglected? Was the staff support lacking? I was never able to see the room because the hotel cancelled my reservation. The customer service was almost non existent-all AI voices and constantly put on hold and given the run around. When I was able to get a hold of a human, they were mostly unhelpful or belligerent. The hotel was very difficult to find, and the pictures online are 100% inaccurate as it is a rundown building with no signs or indication that it is a hotel and not an abandoned building. I finally found the hotel and there was no hotel staff available after 11-I’ve never seen or heard of any hotel like this and based on the signs on the door-it is a recent and temporary development. Either way, I wasn’t able to check in that night. When I went to check in, in the morning, the woman through the window rolled her eyes and rudely told me I need to contact my third party provider to get a refund. Sadly, hotels.com sided with this establishment (after they themselves had trouble getting in contact with them) and refused to give me a refund or a voucher for a hotel stay that was not cancelled on my behalf. Very disappointing for a company I have been a customer of for years. This hotel just seems like it gets bookings, makes the experience so terrible that people cancel and pocket the money. Or they just cancel the booking on their own like they did for me. Terrible place and I will be there to witness it’s eventual closure.

Room was not cleaned before we got there, no soap, broken lock on door, only one key card worked, there was no hot water. The door to our room didn’t close properly or lock and it felt like a very unsafe environment. Not at all what was in the pictures online. We got to the room and immediately checked out and did not stay there.

They insisted on a $50 deposit CASH ONLY. They told to drive to a gas station down the road to find an atm so I could check in. I went down the road to another hotel that took the security deposit on card like normal.

All of it From being misrepresented in the pictures online to a total different hotel even the name was different They’re were rats in our room cockroaches and people in the parking lots all night longer What I believe to be hookers and cars up on blocks. Did not feel safe or like this is the hotel in the pictures looked nothing like it . Left early due to this ruined my whole trip. And I can’t even get refunded the night I wasn’t there ( well not yet) I should be refunded the senile thing the trip cost me 100s of dollars and didn’t even get to do what I went for. Terrible experience!!! Sorry they should advertise accordingly so people know what hotel they are getting, false advertisement!!! And still no response from oyo

I left at 1:00 in the morning to go get a bite to eat and when I came back my key card did not work there was nobody on property there was no phone numbers to call you are basically out of luck if your key doesn't work my key was demagnetized somehow I did not have my cell phone with me so I couldn't have been that I had to wait outside my room till 7:00 in the morning till the front gate door opened and somebody showed up to let me in they did not refund my stay they did not extend my stay give me a few hours to sleep they were horrible I would not recommend staying there at all

Barely livable, only stayed because prepaid and non refundable. The room stunk, had roaches, toilet didn't flush, shower barley had hot water. My husband even found drugs on top of cabinet! The whole place is so run down it look abandoned and sign is not OYO, so it's easily missed.
