The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in, the gentle hum of the pool nearby reminding you that Orlando’s excitement is just a short drive away. You drift from the comfort of the indoor lounge to the poolside patio, feeling the warm Florida breeze and the ease of a private retreat that still puts the theme parks within easy reach. After a day of rides and shows, the home’s game room, cinema, and spacious bedrooms invite you to unwind, laugh, and recharge together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five distinct bedrooms for groups of any size. Downstairs, a bedroom with a king bed includes an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mario Bross room features a bunk bed and a queen bed, sleeping four. The Toad room provides four queen beds, accommodating eight guests. Two additional upstairs rooms, Queen A and Queen B, each contain a queen bed. In total, there are nine beds across the property. Bathrooms include one ensuite, a shared half‑bath downstairs, and three full baths upstairs.



Indoor amenities

A comfortable living area anchors the home, perfect for gathering after park adventures. A home cinema delivers movie‑night vibes, while the game room boasts a pool table, two arcade cabinets with multiple games, and a Nintendo Switch for group play. A free washer and dryer simplify longer stays, and reliable Wi‑Fi with a dedicated workspace keeps you connected when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals for large groups. Indoor dining tables make quick breakfasts or relaxed dinners easy, and the open layout lets you move between cooking and conversation without missing a beat.



Outdoor living

Step directly from the living area to a private pool, with the option to add heat for cooler evenings. A patio with a grill, loungers, and poolside dining space lets you savor Florida’s consistently warm climate outdoors. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking add convenience for multiple vehicles.



Community amenities & neighborhood

Located in Windsor at Westside, you gain access to a resort‑style water park, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, and recreational courts. The amenity center and clubhouse are just a short walk away, offering picnic areas and BBQ spots. Nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options, plus easy access to major roads, place Orlando’s top attractions within a brief drive.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
