The pictures of this place need updating bad. Safety latch on hotel door had the piece on the door missing. Then the door to join rooms, it's safety dead bolt was painted over and would not slide.

The staff were very nice most didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate most times. We had to use Google translate on our phones. The pictures on the website for the water park are old because it’s dated and faded in person. The pool was freezing cold the entire time. The drive into the property was a little scary because it looks closed or abandoned with a sign on top of another sign. The little store is very expensive so make sure to take your credit card.

Property was decent but needs some updating. Monitor over front desk stated that they offered free airport shuttle. When asked about it, they said that no shuttle to airport. Waterpark looked nice, wasn't able to enjoy it due to rain all weekend. Breakfast should be free. They had some leak in dinning area, guessing due to the rain. Like I stated needs some updating.Overall, I slept well.

Wear your wetsuit, you’re going to need it!

Front desk told me they had no reservation for me. I showed them my hotels.com confirmation and they questioned it, told me that the hotel had me reserved for 5/8 not 5/10 and marked me as a no-show. Then they gave me a room that was almost impossible to find because they have both 1200 and 2200 room numbers on the same floor. The room was clean but WET. The room was so damp that the incredibly clean bedding was damp and I couldn’t sleep because it felt like the bedding was wet. All of the metal fixtures for lights are covered in rust from the dampness. It’s horrendous. Also, the bath drain plug was not only rusted out but it was also broken. No bath for me…

The pictures of this property it’s very catfish. The only thing I like was the waterpark that was cute But It’s was very small. And the pool it looks like no one cleans it. I had to clean it myself and I’m a guess there. There was so many flies in the pool. Room smelled very misty. Bathroom was disgusting. Less not forget the water, pressure, horrible and barely hot water. The staff was nice the bartenders extremely nice. That place is a hole in the wall. I made a huge mistake. Stay in there.
