The hotel was old and the lazy river was not open. My room key did not work and they did not replace it I had to have the front desk always open my door. The hotel was outdated, and the lazy river was closed during my stay. Additionally, my room key did not work, and it was unacceptable that they didn't offer a replacement. I was forced to rely on the front desk to open my door each time, which was highly inconvenient. I will not be staying there again.

Never have been a person to write reviews but I was amazingly surprised by this hotel. Alot of bad reviews but I must say that did not determine if I was going to. Up arrival check in was fast, room was clean. Beds comfortable.and overall all was ok . My only complaint is water park closes early, and hot tub is in same area. . But again not the worst. I would stay again. Even though most workers spoke very little English, they all were very pleasant and friendly. For price I paid I give this place a 8.5

Nice place but hot tub is closed at 6pm FYI

It’s a decent place. When you pull in the place looks a little sketchy but once you go into the place it does get better. Kids water park was nice, pool nice but a bit cold, rooms are clean, the only thing we didn’t like is the hot tub is way in the back in the water slide area and they lock that area up at 6pm so we couldn’t even use hot tub at night. Had I known hot tub was off limits after 6pm I probably wouldn’t have booked here.

No wardrobe in room or rack to hang cloths. Very poor water pressure. Room cleaning only upon request and the request was not effective. Was asked to check out a day early despite expedia having the departure date correct. Front desk could not be reached by in room phone or from outside hotel on several occasions. About one third of the dryers in the laundry worked and instructions on how to operate the machines was not posted. Machines allegedly could use credit cards for payment. Was not the case. Low occupancy produced a ghost town feeling

Rent properties sight unseen is a gamble. The property had recently been sold and was in the process of renovations. The mattresses had been change but the arm chair hadn’t. I can’t stay in a room that I couldn’t even sit in the chair. The chair was an easy fix. Replace it.

High unsatisfied and very disappointed

The first room they gave me was 1 bed instead of 2, the second room- the door didn’t seal, the bathroom door stuck and my child panicked because she couldn’t get out, the lampshade has rust and mold on them, there was a dead bug in the bed my daughter slept in and a black smear on her sheets. The beds themselves were extremely hard. The room didn’t smell clean. We also didn’t have an ice bucket that I could find. The electric outlets behind the bedside table didn’t work and were worn down. One outlet in the bathroom had an electrical prong stuck in it, rendering it useless. The price was low, however that doesn’t make up for the condition of the room. There were signs saying the facility was under construction, but even with that, the condition of the room was unacceptable. I am so disappointed.

Decent motel for the price they’re charging for the room. However, I don’t like that I was charged a resort fee for each night, when the water park wasn’t even open because of the cold temperatures. Mattresses were very firm and not very comfortable and housekeeping did not come during our two night stay. Overall, it was cheap and the perfect location for any events at silver spurs.

We were here for the cheerfest in Kissimmee and do not think we will be back to this hotel in the future. The bathroom had hair shavings all over the tub, there was what i assume is old chewing gum up by the shower rod, the pressure of the water was like showering in drips of water. There was old trash ( empty pack of rolling papers) up on top of mirror, also a plastic bag was over the smoke detector, not very safe.Cleanliness was definitely an issue alot of things looked over for sure. And the pillows are hard and not comfortable for sleep at all, very hard to get a good nights rest. Overall out of 5 stars I dont think id even rate a 1 with all the things we witnessed and for the price we paid.

We stayed here because it advertises a heated pool, hot tub, and a water park opened year round. However none of the three were opened. Essentially this was a dirty motel that charged a large resort fee for absolutely no amenities. Additionally the room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs and layers upon layers of dirt and bugs.
