Room smelled of mold. Sink had a huge crack. Bathtub wouldn’t drain while showering. Breakfast was atrocious. Watered down juice and coffee was tasteless. No lactose free option. No protein unless you bought breakfast and then it was served cold. Bathroom floor in public area was wet and dangerous. No caution sign. No soap to wash hands. The water park was non-operational and the property was fairly run down. Would not stay here ever again!!!

Pool slides broken even though I called 5 days before to confirm they were fine. Also the hot tub down. The lazy river was supposed to be open on the evening, but when we hurried home after a soccer game to bring the kids - black dark , shut down.

the hotel' lock system kept beepinga nd is faulty the locks are broken they charge a resort fee and the slides are not working their free breakfast is just coffee cereal anc bread ham tater tots and eggs are paid extra the shuttle service is too complicated to get reserved and booked the stress I have felt while staying jn this hotel and I request a refund of resort fee beacuse we cang use ut because the slides wer enig working this is false advertising if ai could give sero stars I would

The room had a bad musty smell and the beds felt damp. Also the fan in the bathroom did not work. I asked the front desk about the smell and moisture and they said it was from the humidity. I am sure the hotels make enough they can get dehumidifier’s in the rooms. The breakfast included was not anything special. The choice was only bread, cereal, and pancakes. If you wanted something else, you had to buy it.

The room was always humid even with the air on. All the brass on the room was rusting and the lamp shades were stained. The door never looked like it was shut all the way so was not sealed eve with the bolted locks. The “complimentary “ shuttle to theme parks does not run on Sundays which was not posted anywhere, the shuttle hours are pick up at hotel at 9am and pick up at parks at 6pm, however some days they do not do the pick up from the parks so ask a head of time. If you want to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood studios, or Animal Kingdom it is extra. The breakfast only had pancakes, yogurt, fruit cocktail, bread, coffee and juice. No protein or peanut butter for toast. And it was the same everyday, you could order a real breakfast and pay for it if you wanted.

There was no breakfast it was horrible pancakes were like cardboard here was a little bit of cereal and a few pieces of toast also the milk was spoiled. Never again will I stay at the resort again and they charged me $128.00 for the resort side with the slides and the slides were not even working so I feel I should get a refund !!!!!
