After a full day exploring Disney parks and Orlando entertainment, return home to unwind by your private pool, enjoy a home-cooked meal, or visit one of the many nearby restaurants just minutes away.
Designed for families and groups, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an ideal base for creating unforgettable vacation memories together.

The Home
This spacious and modern home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright open floor plan, and a relaxing private plunge pool area.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area flow together in an open-concept design, allowing everyone to stay connected—whether you're cooking, watching TV, or enjoying the view of the pool.
Gather together in the comfortable living room to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or share memorable family dinners around the dining table.
The home is designed to offer the comfort and convenience of home while you enjoy your Orlando vacation.

Private Pool
Step outside and relax in your private plunge pool area, the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the theme parks.
Enjoy a refreshing swim, lounge poolside, or simply relax while planning your next day of adventures.
Please note:
• The maintenance company may occasionally access the property to clean the pool during your stay without prior notice.

Optional Add-Ons
Pool Heater
• $35 per day
• Minimum 3 days required
• Please request in advance
The heater takes 8–12 hours to warm the pool, depending on weather conditions. The pool heater works through heat exchange, so extremely cold weather may impact performance.
Please note:
No refunds are provided due to weather conditions.

BBQ Grill
• $100 per stay
Available upon request.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway.
Please do not park on the sidewalk or grass.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval only.
• $95 per pet
• Maximum weight: 35 lbs
• Maximum of 3 small pets
For the comfort of future guests and hygiene reasons:
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine.
Any damage caused by pets may result in additional charges.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
• No smoking inside the home
• No parties or events
A $250 fee will be charged if smoking indoors or parties are detected.

Starter Supply Kit
For your arrival convenience, we provide a starter supply including:
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Garbage bags
• Shampoo and hand soap
• Dishwasher pods
Laundry detergent is not provided due to personal preferences and allergy concerns.
For additional supplies, the nearest Publix supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away.

Self-Catering Home
This vacation home is self-catering.
Guests should plan to purchase any additional toiletries, household items, or groceries needed for their stay.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is not included.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each check-in. During your stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the property.
If desired, additional cleaning service can be requested for an extra fee.

Food & Condiments
According to Florida health regulations, open food items cannot be left in the home.
All food and condiments are removed after each checkout, and none are provided.

Towels
Bath towels and hand towels are provided.
Due to hygienic precautions introduced during the pandemic, washcloths are not provided. Guests who require them should bring their own.
