The Space:

Inside, the open‑plan living spaces stretch out, offering room for everyone to gather, laugh, and unwind after a theme‑park marathon. As evening settles, the soft glow of the pool lights reflects on the water, creating a calm retreat where you can share stories under the warm Florida sky.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests with a total of 11 beds. A bedroom and a shared bathroom on the first floor provide easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs, while the upper level adds additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second living area for extra privacy.



Living areas

The main family room centers around a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, perfect for movie nights or a quick rest between outings. A dedicated workspace in the common area lets you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary. The game room, complete with a pool table, offers another fun gathering spot without leaving the house.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances gives you plenty of space to prepare meals for the whole group. Indoor and outdoor dining tables make it easy to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or a dinner al fresco, while essential linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
