It smelled like cigarettes from the time I walked in the door. The front desk guy was not very friendly and was very disconnected. The hallways smell bad. The room was just okay but kinda old and dingy. It was clean though. The tub water went down very slowly so you are standing in your own dirty water, the sink for the bathroom was super clogged up. Never stepping foot in there again

My wife (47) and father-in-law (85) were in Orlando for a family event. My father-in-law checked in first and had an issue with the key card opening the door. The staff helped him, but later, after my wife arrived and they went out to eat, they returned to the door not opening again. The staff tried to open the door as well, to no avail. In the interim, my wife and her father were given a new room, but their luggage was locked in the original room. The staff didn't get a locksmith on-site until THE NEXT MORNING, meaning my wife and her father had to sleep in their street clothes and did not get their medications until this happened. The next day, my wife had to fight a migraine as a result. The rest of the stay went without incident, although they reported the towels were thin and small, and there was some kind of residue on the floor that my wife said made her feet dirty. Apart from that, the room was apparently pretty "lived in" and was on the lower end of the comfort scale in general. I grew up in a town with one stoplight, and there was a 24/7 locksmith available. I don't understand how a hotel can't find someone in the entire city of Orlando to come open a room up.

The manager forgot her name Spanish lady short she is nice at times till she charges your card for a extra day and claims she didn’t do it and would not refund it so had to dispute charge be careful of the snake lady if I was the owner she be gone

Yuck never again

Where should I begin when I got to my room it it smelt, musty and moldy. Once you turned the AC and it got worse my husband went to take a shower the tub wouldn’t drain. He was standing in half of his calf full of water. Went downstairs they switched us rooms went into the new room and it smelt like weed. The hallways smelt like trash. We were right next to the trash room. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. when we returned back from a day at the parks , getting off the elevator, it reeked of weed we walk into our room and it reeked of weed. There was never anyone at the front desk. we stayed for four nights and they told us that because we were staying under two weeks. There would be no cleaning of the room disgusting gross. If I could ask for a full refund, I would stay clear.

The bathroom was outdated. There were no mats or carpet. The floor got wet after showering and was cold. No glasses were provided. The to-go breakfast was literally packaged muffins and coffee. The key card only worked after many tries. I would not recommend Extended Stay.

There was no breakfast when our room went down and didnt look like there would be. We went down at 7am. And again at 8am. Also i booked the room for 6 people had plenty of space but when asking for extra pillows to accommodate the pullout couch. It was difficult for them to locate any. We ended up with 1 extra for the room when i needed at least 2. Parking was easy. The check out process was simple as well
