The room had mold in it, my 3 month old and I now have inflamed respiratory problems. We had to check out early for our health. There were no amenities. The staff was useless, they couldn’t replace towels, clean the room. There was only muffins and granola bars for breakfast. There were creepy people hanging out in the parking lot all night. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
This outlet broke and shocked my husband.
There was mold all over the bathroom.

Good location Breakfast very poor The kitchen utensiles are very basic, an improvement may help to make stay better if you plan to cook. I had to buy wine cups, better knife for cutting, more forks may help.

First of all Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, hotel was not cleaned at all, needs full overhaul, everything was limited We were 4 ppl and only given 3 small hand soap and 3 shampoo Absolutely, no breakfast even states - don’t believe it ( couple gronala bar, small muffins that’s all you get) Room cleaning only occurs above 14 days stay So don’t expect to be cleaned your room if you stay less than 14 days- ridiculous! Once again- staff was good and very helpful. I would not recommend this facility as it was everything was limited.

The staff were great… The free breakfast was basically tea, coffee and a muffin…. The room had a lasting odor and the washing machine was in a room about 100ft down a walkway outside the hotel.

The main issue here is it doesn't feel like you're staying in a hotel. It feels like you're staying in an apartment building. Once you get out of the elevator, the smell of cooked food hits you. One room that we went into smell like cat urine and the other room that we ended up staying just had a stench of food the whole time we were there. Their sign that says housekeeping comes to clean your room once every 14 days &; you can't refuse it. They might want to reconsider the time frame. The bathrooms and beds along with the sheets were clean. I stayed one time before at an Extended Stay. I didn't have this experience with the smell. We'll probably not stay at an Extended Stay tay in the future. Their breakfast is a grab and go. After the time frame they remove everything. Other places at least leave the option of having coffee during the day.

It was disgusting first room we had was full of mold. Also had dead roaches. Went to the front they gave me a different room but stated were in fl mold is inevitable. The 2nd room still had mold the room smelled horrid had to buy rooms spray. Just dobt go. There is no free breakfast its just coffees and muffin

If you are here for a quick visit, this is your spot, but this place is not clean. The room was dirty. I have a feeling that a few years ago it was clean and a great spot, but not now. Honestly, it was an okay place if you want to spend a night. The breakfast had ZERO options.

The room was nice and clean but it wasn't handicap accessible for my husband. So we had to keep leaving our room to take him to the bathroom in the lobby and we had to keep asking the guy working the front desk to open the bathroom for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and needed safety bars to hold on to use the bathroom and there were none in the bathroom in our room. Also, breakfast sucked. I never want to stay there ever again. I really want a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the lobby bathroom was so dirty.
