The house is in a nice location, quiet and secure. Pool was heated and hottub was good. Due to the large amount of construction in the area, drive time is doubled to the parks.There were no hand towels or washcloths, no dish soap or sponges so we made a trip to the store. The master shower has mildew under the door area and needs a thorough cleaning and bleaching. The kitchen sink faucet is loose and needs to be fixed asap. Every appliance in the pantry needs to be dusted, under beds need to be cleaned, lots of dust bunnies. Overall, it was fine but could be better with a little TLC.

"Wow Dad, this is amazing!!!" from my 2 daughters in their twenties as they, my son and our 2 'extras' explored Villamagic on our arrival says it all. Extremely comfortable, roomy (perfect for 7-10 people of all ages), very well equipped (all mod cons, laundry room, games room), excellent air-con plus ceiling fans in all rooms and enchanting artwork in the twin rooms and queen sized double room to keep the 'children' happy. There's even a quiet/library area tucked away on the landing. The Property Manager, David, was excellent, communicating promptly and dealing with our 1 problem (a slight leak in the downstairs w/c that I reported one morning) before we had returned from our day at the theme parks. The fully-screened pool was cleaned and maintained several times during our 2 week stay as well. Going in July, we didn't have the pool heated and that was perfect for cooling off in day or night. Downsides? A car is ESSENTIAL. The local supermarket/food outlets etc are about 5-7 minutes drive, major theme parks 30-50 minutes drive depending on traffic. It's Florida, it's hot, humid with subtropical weather, especially in July!!! Overall? LOVED IT!!! An outstanding credit to its owners and property manager for all our needs. Great value for money as a fully-equipped base for visiting everything from Clearwater Beach/Tampa to Theme Parks in Orlando to rocket launches at Cape Canaveral within an hour and a half's drive. We are planning a return as soon as we can save up for it!

The house needs a professional rug cleaning and rugs stretching , the washer and dryer need to be replaced ,they both are in bad shape , the couches should be replace the beds should be replaced and the refrigerator should be replaced because it freezes up around the freezer door and the pool table should be replaced the table faric is torn and the Cushens are very bad . The house might be ok for a weekly rental but for a longer time it needs work .

House was very dirty. Ants in the kitchen, Dead bugs were found in several areas, Only 1 TV worked, Pool enclosure screen was torn allowing bugs into patio, Beds are very old and uncomfortable, Bathroom showers have mold in them, all the Ceiling fans are covered in dust. We left early due to the unhealthy conditions.

We enjoyed our stay! There were things for everyone to do and we had extras that were helpful i.e. pack n play, highchair. However we requested and paid for the pool to be heated our request was made well in advance of our stay, it was not heated. We also attempted to communicate the property manager several times thru the VRBO app and he was unresponsive. They in fact never responded to up. The only way we were able to reach him was by calling.

I wanted to give this property a 5 but the overall cleanliness was just not adequate. I’m not sure if it was a Covid depleted cleaning workforce but whoever cleaned before we got there did not do a good job. Also, blinds were broken in upstairs bedroom and we had to use a sheet for privacy. Same bedroom had broken bottom drawer in dresser. Downstairs bedroom had big stain on bedskirt. Pool was dirty and cold because water level was low. Once water was added, pool heated up and property manager sent pool company to clean it. Property Manager was very responsive to the issues and apologetic. House was located in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants. House is spacious and pool has sun all day long.
