Well staff was not helpful, and was not to nice when I told them I have hilton rewards like last time the person gave me my points and a welcome bag with goodies. This time I was also charged a parking fee of 15.00 which no where it says they charge parking. Was upsetting that is the reason i choose thia place because they had no parking fee it was included. There response was that you guys at expedia did not have your site updated I would love a refund. Thanks not acceptable

Our room was gorgeous, spacious, had everything we needed. It was clean annd housekeeping kept it clean our whole trip, I loved coming back to our room anfter a long day to a bed made and fresh towels. Upon check in we were immediately greeted by staff smiling and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered as kind and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and any request or question we had was met a quick response. We will recommend embassy Suites Sunset Walk to all our family and friends.
