When we first got there, we go to check in and the door is locked. Come to find out you have to stand in the driveway and check in through a night window. When I asked why we couldn’t access the lobby, We were told because the person’s children were inside the lobby. This required you to pull out your wallet and your ID out on the road which I did not find safe at all and expressed that to them. Once we enter into the room, we noticed that the beds do not have any blankets on them only sheets and there was no microwave as the amenities had indicated. At that timeI went back to the front desk through the night window and had to ask for blankets and inquired about the microwave. I was told that they don’t generally put blankets on the bed, due to the room’s not being used regularly and not to worry they would come and leave the blankets on our bed when we got back later, Regarding the microwave we were told the rooms don’t have microwaves, but if there’s anything you wanna warm up, just bring it to the night window and they’ll be happy to warm anything you want up. when we came back into the room we received two bed covers, crumpled up in a clear trash bag that were still damp leaving us to put them on beds to sleep in. In the morning after walking on their floor the previous night we happen to notice that our feet were covered in black dirt, so apparently the floors had not been mopped at all. Morning checkout was impossible due to Office being closed.
