A spacious 4 bedroom home located in the well-positioned community of Tuscan Ridge. With a secluded feel surrounded by citrus and pine forest, yet less than 25 minutes from Disney World, Dolcetto Den is a superb base for your visit to Orlando. West facing pool and hot tub. Recent interior repaint.

The cozy living area has comfortable new sofas and looks out to the pool deck. Cable television and high speed Wi-Fi included.

The generously-sized kitchen has all of the cooking equipment and utensils required for catering for your family. There is a cozy breakfast nook for a quick bite, or formal dining area to share a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shady area?

The screened pool deck is a peaceful oasis offering privacy and expansive views over conservation woodland. The freeform west-facing pool is a great size and there are plenty of loungers to spend the whole day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Then dip into the bubbling spa and watch the sun set. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost - please enquire.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed and luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden bathtub, walk-in shower plus separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space as well as access to the pool deck. Off the main living space, there is a delightful double bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, and two colorful twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Towels and linens are provided, together with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Furthermore, a games room with pool table and foosball provides for hours of entertainment.

The Tuscan Ridge community is located off Hwy 27 close to a large Publix supermarket. Disney World is less than 25 minutes drive. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the road and also offers a tennis court for guest use.

Wonderful

This is a beautiful property with the added perk of being at the end of the street, meaning there was no house on one side. There’s a short walking trail nearby and of course there’s that beautiful pool and spa. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Overall the property very nice could use some updates very comfortable we had issues with insects in pool I believe it was the association trimming trees placed next to the house. Neighbors had a lot of cars but never was an issue just an eyesore. Although we requested spa heat it wasn’t turned on until the second to last day and even then was not at a high enough temperature.

Great location and close to parks!

I was looking for a quiet neighborhood for our family and it was perfect. We went to the parks a few days, drove to clearwater and enjoyed the house on our down days. The back porch and pool make the house. We brought our dog and there is an open area behind the house and a dog area to walk your dogs. Perfect! We had ants in the shower but owner said he was going to address. Super nice and easy to work with.

Outstanding vacation. Loved the end unit and privacy. Saw wild turkeys, bunny rabbits and a family of cranes! The house is laid out beautifully for families. Large kitchen. Pool and patio was very nice too! Plenty of parking even though we only had one car! My elderly parents were with me and one level is just right for elderly folks! I would rent this property again.
