Thank you! What really stood out to me was the combination of a spotless room and exceptional staff service. The room was clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. While the amenities were nice, it was the cleanliness and the personal touch from the staff that truly made the stay memorable.

Convenient location, budget friendly HOWEVER, NOT worth it. The room was disgusting including a completely moldy coffee maker (I am tempted to contact the health department), mold and cobwebs on the ceiling, hair stuck to the walls, dirty breakfast area with minimal options (and we were not expecting much). We ate nothing. We hope to be refunded.

The rook was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes, the neighbors tv was super loud and could be heard until 3 in the morning as well as the floor was not super clean.

The staff was not available when needed, our tv couldn’t get WiFi. One staff member came to the room to check the tv and said he would come back to the new remote and more towels. We waited over an hour for him to come back but he didn’t so we went to front to get a new remote and towels since he never came back. Had to use my personal hotspot on my phone to watch tv since we couldn’t get WiFi. The shower was not ideal for customer it was only half covered if you didn’t have a towel down on the floor you could slip and hurt yourself. Tried texting the front multiple times and no answer tried to call and same thing. Not a very good stay for us. Rooms didn’t match photos online.

Everything good about the room. Breakfast is simple but effective. Sometimes too many people in a small area for breakfast. Run out of coffee creamer twice and nothing to replace it. Otherwise a reasonable price for a decent room.
