Everything works as it should. The bathroom is clean. And the room itself was well maintained. The owner actually took time to talk to me and was a very friendly individual. They offer a valuable product for a little price. This will be our new go to coming to the parks

When my party and I walked in, we were instantly greeted with a clean smell. There was no bugs or mold to be found anywhere. The front desk was really kind and helpful. My friends and I were there for a total of 7 days and would definitely return. The beds were comfortable, within walking distance of 7-eleven and McDonald's. The only thing that held me back from giving 5 stars was the second night we were there, we were woken up by a blaring alarm. We opened the door and the front desk attendant told me that there was no fire, so we waited in the room a couple more minutes before cracking the door open again and seeing the rest of the hotel piling out of the main entrance. We started making our way down when we looked to the left and saw a small ocean forming outside a room down the hall as a sprinkler was supposedly malfunctioning. But would definitely stay again

Off the beaten path with not many dining options. No maid service unless requested and no breakfast even though there is a dining area. None of this was a big deal for us but families might want more conveniences. In spite of quite a few negative reviews it was clean and the beds were comfortable and that’s all we needed

Room was very clean. The first room had a funny odor and I was quickly moved. No issues after that. Staff was amazing. They always are Laundry facilities onsite, $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry very reasonable in 2025 for a full size load. Ive stayed here four rime as a solo woman and love it. Feel very safe here. I also had to have a mobility scooter delivered and they were very helpful with that as well. Great location and great staff.

Clean. Great staff, Im a solo, woman traveler and feel safe. A little outdated rooms but Im not looking for that, im looking for clean and safe. Great location close to the parks. Gas station nearby and close to restaurants also. Has laundry facilities on site too. Have stayed here about four different times.

This is a great place to stay in Orlando. Well located, close to the Disney Parks. There are several restaurants close by, a gas station and a water park. The room was really clean, the staff is very polite and always willing to help. The place is really quiet even during the day since it is a few yards away from the main Highway. I highly recommend this hotel. Value for money.

Staff was courteous. The rooms were pretty decent. Although I do have to say that the iron and the earning board were the worst that I’ve ever seen. The iron actually had a broken piece at the front of the iron and cobwebs in and dirt inside. I’ve never seen anything like it. Other than that, it was a very good stay and I will definitely stay there again
