Room was a bit old and I was able to see a lot of work needed to be done. Seems like they need to renovate a lot as well they’re working on there parking lot. Overall staff is super friendly and courteous there wasn’t a do not disturb sign I could put but overall the stay was bearable.

Very dirty place not the actual place that’s in the pictures. I checked it and it almost sent me to the hospital as they sprayed the room with something to take the odor out did not tell me and I was allergic to it. stay away from this place.

The facilities are old. Thd front desk receptionist called Gloria was not helpful. She insisted charged me 150 US dollars for deposit for I didn’t bring my physical credit card. Even I offered my bank information and credit card number and my husband's credit card. She insisted that I booked the room so it has to be my credit card. However, the car rental company just asked my husband's credit card info for file even it was orderd by me as well on Expedia. It's not a pleasant experience of holding our 150 US dollars for 7 days before we left to Canada. We especially exchanged some Canadian dollars to US dollars for the trip expenses. We had to pay extra Exchange fee for our trip.She is a racist for sure. The male front desk receptionists are nice.

Ac worked great, I always stay at this hotel, this time I accidentally booked a king size bed instead of two queens, even tho they were full, they somehow found a room with two queens and changed it for me, and didn’t even charge me the extra cost. The hotel is very close to Disney but they don’t charge the shuttle fee. I have never seen any bug at all. Everything in the rooms always works, fridge and microwave are clean

When first arriving and entering my room i checked the pillows because my child was tired, upon examination i noticed blood stains on them, lipstick stains, and drool stains. Then i checked the sheets which were covered in pee stains, and other stains i cannot identify. Then when brought to the owners attention in regards to these issues, New pillows were recieved but i was told word for word, "people sometimes come here sweaty and so some stains are normal." I had to purchase disinfectant from another store since owner also said they had none. The bathroom was also nasty, hair on the floor, shower, ive never been so grossed out in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE! For the price i was charged i really wish I'd have stayed somewhere more decent, where i didnt feel i needed to disinfect my own room.

The two stars is mostly for the quality of the rooms. I was placed in a room that felt like I was completely encompassed in mildew and mold blowing straight from the AC unit and was 100% humidity. The staff was greatly accommodating and moved me into a much cleaner room when I asked for a new room. So, great staff but unfortunately a pretty disgusting hotel (AVOID ROOM 114!)

Hotel is a bit older and in need of a refresh, but it was ok for me. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the ac worked well! Would stay there again. Nice and close to Disney and an easy ride from the airport. Lots of amenities nearby on the highway.

The hotel is very outdated. It was clean. Didn’t see much of the staff except for checking in. Could have been a little more courteous. There were no amenities. They did have coffee, which was OK in smaller than normal cups. Would not recommend this place until it has a major update. The air conditioner worked well, but was extremely loud and there were barely any electrical outlets.

Wonderful bargain of a place to stay if you just need a place to crash and go to the parks. I did notice a few things in my room this time I didn’t experience on my 4 other previous visits. 1. My king bed room on the 3rd floor the sink didn’t drain well at all. There were issues with the light fixture in my bathroom. For what I paid though, I can’t really complain. Clean basic accomidations for a good price. Way better beds and pillows than a super 8.

The "hotel" is more of a motel. I was there because I went to Disney world. I really appreciate how affordable it was for me and my friend on our girls trip. It saved us about $500 compared to if we had stayed at the cheapest hotels on Disney's property. It is less than a 10 miinute drive from all the parks. There is a walgreens, mc donald and 7 eleven around the area which was very helpful. That said, the hotel is old. There's some discoloration around the drainage on the shower and the handles to the door of the shower are gunky and show iron oxidation. The light above the sink stopped working and the carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in over a decade. The bed was comfortable and the area seemed safe.
