Clean and cozy, if outdated

A lot of the decor needed updating, and the bathroom setup left a lot to be desired. Doorknob on the bathroom was falling off. Breakfast was decent, even if the selection was small. Everything was clean and felt safe. Beds were extremely comfortable. Service was friendly. For the price, I'm happy with the experience.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room and pool was clean and the breakfast was nice. However, we had to put a $100 cleaning fee down at check in which has not been refunded. I have tried to call the hotel for several days, but every time they hang up on me or disconnect the call. We are a budget and this is very frustrating.

Staff was very friendly. Had some minor issues…not really complaints 1. I had a 1st floor room. If I wanted ice I had to go to 3rd or 4th floor. Receptionist was kind enough to eat me some from the food area 2. No remote for the tv. I told the front desk and was told one would be sent to me. Never happened 3. Very few electrical outlets. I use a medical device at night. Had to unplug alarm clock to use it Room was comfortable for my stay and the price.

Went to check in the lobby had no ac, broke ice machine on 2 nd floor and 1st floor. The bathroom shower head had water coming from the back of it. No refrigerator in room mosquitos in room. The floor was nasty i took a shower walked to the bed and the bottom of feet were nasty

All of the girls that worked at the front desk were very nice. When I went to my room there were a lot of basic things missing and broken. When I let the girl at the front desk know she had the host man bring me replacements and other things. But I couldn't really say what all was missing just that it wasn't like most hotels. I didn't feel safe and before I checked out someone broke into my room after I got out of the shower. It was a Housekeeper and I was standing there naked and somehow she popped the security lock open on the top and the security lock on the bottom. It really freaked me out because I was wondering what happened when I wasn't there if someone had come in but my valuables were in my safe. Everything else was on me. The breakfast was good. I didn't end up using the gym because I can only use a treadmill because of my knees and They didn't have a treadmill. The ladies at the front desk and the host man were very polite and really tried to make things better but they didn't understand what was missing. The room was clean and there were no bugs as far as I know. But I have found some bites on myself but I don't know if it they are from the room or from something else so I'm not gonna blame them if I don't know. My air conditioning worked the only problem was I couldn't turn it off but I would rather have it that I couldn't turn it off than if it didn't work at all. I can tell that they really worked hard at trying to make it nice but you get what you pay for

It was good for what we needed

It was good. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good and the service was great. We had a little hiccup with our first room but they were quick to reaccomodate us. Rosa at the front desk was amazing. The hotel is a bit old but the rooms seemed updated a bit and it was perfect for what we needed.
