OLD - But Clean and Fresh

Although the building is an older, they have remodeled the room with new flooring, new beds, and updated shower. the rooms were very clean.

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. However towards the end of my stay I started to notice roaches in my room. They started to crawl on the bed and nightstand. They didn’t have fridge in my room either. Other than that it was convenient and the free breakfast was a plus.

This property is not for the weak. The room was clean but in poor condition. I had to change rooms due to adults and children shouting for several hours. The front desk clerk was very nice and changed our room. The police was called because people aere fighting in the back. I would not stay here again. No way.

Lavela has great customer service skills, is very pleasant, she is a true asset to the Developer Inn. The daily breakfast is really good, and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are newly renovated, and the beds are very comfortable.

We came for a soccer game and decided to stay overnight. I'm kinda 50/50 on the place because it was recently remodeled so the rooms are pretty clean and newer. The area isn't the best unless your looking to visit the jail next door. Lol It was only a few miles from the stadiums though so it was perfect for that. It's near the highway so it's a little noisy but overall, it was comfortable, clean and great for the price. You might not want to be out at night but we felt safe in our room. When we arrived, there was no mini fridge, probably from being remodeled and they had a brand new one brought to our room within about 30 minutes. Also, there was a good selection for the free breakfast so that was nice. There's also a little gym with the basics, all new and clean. The pool area looked clean also. The air conditioner was new and worked great. Always good to have in Florida! One other thing I would mention is the bathroom is pretty small, or the way the layout is, it might be difficult for a larger person to use without leaving the door open. If your looking for a comfortable, clean place to sleep, I would definitely recommend here.

Looks as if they are renovating and it will be better but room was not nice. Shower was dirty and there was a lot of wear and tear around the facility. Did not feel safe staying there. Was not a lot around the hotel as far as food or other things
