Other details to note:

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. It must be requested up to 48h prior to Aug 1, 2025 or we might not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for 3 days minimum.

BBQ Grill rental is $50- If the propane gas runs out you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to exchange is typically @$30.
We also offer full service for $120 where someone ensures gas is full and we will replace if goes empty.
It needs to be request 48 hours before check in.

Pet fee: the house is pet friendly but your pet must be house trained, the cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for total stay.
