We stayed here for a short stopover and it was okay if you just need a place to sleep before heading to the airport. That said, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to relax or spend any real time at the hotel. The property is quite dated, and you can tell upkeep isn't a top priority. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which was pretty inconvenient. There was also a noticeable smell both in the room and in the hallways, which didn't make the stay very comfortable. On the positive side, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only exception was the airport shuttle driver, who seemed oddly bothered by the fact that our family of four had two suitcases, a backpack, anda stroller. Not sure what he expected from guests using an airport shuttle- luggage kind of comes with the territory. If handling bags is a problem, this may not be the right job for him. Overall, if you're just staying a night to catch a flight, it's passable. But if you want comfort, atmosphere, or a relaxing stay, l'd look elsewhere.

Airport shuttle was great and convenient. The room was very clean, but there was an area in the bathroom that was very dirty. Down below I provided a video and pictures. I have not heard back from anyone at the hotel about the incident.

Where to start. First off upon checking in, it was a pretty unfriendly experience. Staff seemed less than enthusiastic about being there in the first place, rushed through explanations and made it feel like we were inconveniencing them by checking into the hotel. Even when we called for the shuttle service from the airport it felt like we were inconveniencing them by requesting the shuttle. Immediately upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong mold/mildew smell. it was overbearing to the point we had to keep our room door open to try and air it out for most of the duration of our stay. With the unfriendly and the seemingly easily inconveniencing of staff responses, we put on the AC unit hoping it would help, but ended up waking up in the morning with all of us feeling sick, coughing, sneezing etc. The room and washroom had visible signs of wear and tear, lots of chipping paint, rust, broken fixtures etc. bathroom amenities were few and far between, no soap, no shampoo, no body wash, just 2 small bottles of conditioner… On top of all of this, the elevator stopped working. Which having 4 small children with strollers etc to carry up and down the stairs in addition to our luggage was not fun. Pool area was just okay, water was cold and hot tub water was not hot at all either, basically the same temperature as the pool, not sure if it was also broken. Lots of garbage lying around the outside of the hotel. The one and only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

The location near the airport is convenient, and breakfast was well supplied, but the property needs better upkeep. Housekeeping should improve room and common area cleanliness. We got stuck in the elevator even though we were under the weight limit, and no one answered the phone when we tried calling multiple times for the shuttle service. We had to use Uber instead, which cost an extra $80 for our group of 15. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel, so that was very disappointing.

I wasnt aware you have to pay for parking…goood thing I didnt have to park. But that canceled out w.the complimentary breakfast. Airport shuttle was so convenient!

Something was wrong with the iron and it damaged my shirt. I informed the staff, there was no apology and all they said they could do is remove the parking charge and give a small discount on the room. It was a dissatisfying experience.

Hot tub didn’t work. Room curtains were broken so didn’t close all the way. Rooms need a refurbish. Carpet was dirty. Shower made a banging sound inside the wall constantly. Bed was comfortable.
