hygiene can be improved

Bed is comfortable. hygiene can be improved because i have serious ezcema and i do require daily housekeeping service and change bedsheet daily. however the bedsheets are not clean , those hair is not my hair color. when i sleep on bedsheet like this, makes my skin itchy.

Sorry but this was bad, room was dirty, shower had hair in it. Shower did not work. Bedding was dirty as well got another room and bedding was still bad. Checked out 3 days early

Everything was great, staff was very nice to us and the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice and warm, great for the kids, the breakfast was pretty good as well!!

This used to be our favorite hotel near Disney. It definitely needs refurbishment. Looking run down and worn. As usual, the staff is amazing., but until this hotel is updated, we will stay elsewhere. It’s a shame because the location is great.

This was our second stay, two years apart. The room was clean and nice, though there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soap when we arrived. When we brought it to the front desk staff station they gave us what we needed. We also had difficulty with our room keys not working but it was resolved timely. Reason for the four star was due to the reduced breakfast choices. Two years ago there was much more variety. Now it’s very limited and with a longer stay that gets challenging. Having a decent breakfast was the reason we chose this hotel for a second time and unfortunately it’s no longer great, not horrible but not great. The pool being open 24 hours a day is great!
