It always starts with the parking, If it is convenient to park after travelling for hours it is a bonus. The service was seamless and the rest was just easy to enjoy

When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice. We asked about places to eat and she suggested door dash or uber eats, There are a lot of great little restaurants near by. The housing keeping carts were pulled out into the hallway the next morning and never moved. They stayed in the hall till the next morning. We checked out a day early and were told we had to pay $80 early departure fees on both rooms. The front desk member was not nice at all. I told her I had already paid for the night and didn't believe I should have to pay an early departure fee on top of that and she told me I had not paid for the night. I told her again I had and she checked her computer to find out I did. She still insisted I needed to pay the $80 early departure fee on each room on top of paying for the night. I asked her just let the rooms ride and cancel themselves out in the morning, She was not happy with that and said let me see what I can do and waived the early departure fees but kept our rental for the night and our $50 deposit on each room they had us put up when we checked in. We had no extra charges on our rooms and there were no damages to the rooms. So to check out a day early it cost us the nightly rate for the night we were not staying there plus the deposit per room. I feel that is a ripoff.

We stayed for 1 night and Glenisha provided amazing service at our check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was yummy with many options, and check-out time at 12pm is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Reupholster the dining room chairs. The seat fabric is ripped in most of them, which makes the dining room look like a dump. Turn off the dining room tv, which is noise which nobody pays attention to. Instead, pipe in some soothing classical or semi-classical music which will elevate the environment. Everybody gets their news from their phones now, not TV. THANK YOU.

Facility was clean and attractive. The overall lighting is very dim, even with every light on. Warning signs should be posted in the bathroom stating the boiling temperature of the hot water. I'd be surprised if no one has never suffered serious burns. It could be very dangerous for children or anyone not expecting that temperature. The noise level outside our room was very loud as it was next to a busy road. The room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very large and varied. Something was wrong with the orange juice machine, the juice was so sour it was not drinkable. The variety of foods was nice. It was very clean and constantly refilled. We certainly appreciate no charge for parking. That is a rarity anymore. The hotel is very convenient to the hospital and many doctor offices. I would have to think that is the main reason people choose this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
