Trip to see family

I went to Florida with my mom for 4 days to visit my sister. Both my mom and I are handicapped in our legs and back. I originally booked an accessible room. They only have accessible rooms with a king bed so we got a regular room, should have asked for a room by the elevator. I really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness center. Breakfast was amazing! 3 hot choices daily and Mickey shaped waffles made by staff in 2 flavors regular chocolate or cinnamon. The room the beds are high, tv channels were not provided and coffee maker did not work plus the tub didn’t drain well

Here’s a review you can use or adapt for your hotel stay: --- I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I’m not completely satisfied with my experience. The main issue was with the room. When I booked online, the pictures showed very clean, modern, and well-maintained rooms, but the actual room I was given didn’t match those expectations. It felt outdated and not as well-kept as advertised. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth, but the room appearance was disappointing compared to what I saw during booking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and updates either the rooms or the pictures to reflect reality more accurately.
