The property is old and they are in the middle of renovating and trying to update certain things, but everything was clean in the room and that is what was most important but updates do need to be finished, which includes the hardware on their door frames

My Experience

Everything was ok since it was my first time here. The place looked better in pictures, though—we were hoping for a cleaner room. The morning rep did ask how the room was, but it felt like she wasn’t really ready for my feedback. She even asked how much I paid and said she’s never had any cleaning complaints in her 20 years of work.

Great people - take care of pool area.

We realize staffing is always an issue. The desk was slammed and the young lady kept it in check, however she could have used some backup. Other aspects of the hotel - well kept. The pool\hot tub - disgusting. Bandaids and something floating hair-like in the pool and tub.

From the start it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. From having 3 people behind the counter and only 1 checking guests in, to the green hot tub, shower head that points every which direction, and mini fridge you have to force open, this is likely the first and last time I will stay here. This happened to be a filler night before our resort check-in. Happy to have paid the extra for the remainder of our trip.

Checked in and was given a dirty room. Got to the next room and it was not stocked with towels and wash clothes or toilet paper. The toilet paper roll was falling off the wall. The bed were terrible. Breakfast was good.

Weekend getaway for family disney visit

Decent price and decent location with restaurant options and proximity to parks. . needs upgrades. . walls can be seen were just painted with brush touch ups (old paint peaks through) beds are rock solid, curtains dont close completely, ac stopped working mid way through the night wood floors really dirty my socks changed colors from it. Breakfast was standard however one staff member was extremely picky on how we went to get the item we desired
