The breakfast was good but should have more variety,didn't like the they didn't have carts to bring luggage up to the rooms only saw 1 for the whole hotel and the room curtains did not close but overall it was good.

Weekend Getaway

Comfort Inn and Suites Hotel is a great hotel that offers great pricing and loads of amenities. The hotel is situated close to the Disney Resorts, offering easy access to the Disney Parks whether you choose the hotels shuttle service or decide to go on your own car. If you have plans to go to Universal Orlando, it’s a 20min/45min drive depending if you take the highway or local roads. The hotels offers a great breakfast selection, which includes the popular Mickey Waffles. The rooms are spacious and organized. I had a great nights sleep on my visit. I recommend choosing this hotel for your next stay. I will also choose to return to this hotel on my next visit.

Hotel need a refresh

The hotel need refresh don’t look like pictures at the website. Everithing look old. Only good was the breakfast. They don’t clean the room. Costumer Service ok but can be better. I have problem with the toilet in my room almost the last day of my stay the fixed. The shuttle to the Parks is good and the hotel is close to the parks can be the best is the hotel could be refresh .

The morning of the check in day, I called ahead of time to check in earlier with a fee of $25. When I arrived with my husband at 12pm, I let the lady in the front desk know that I wanted to check in. She didn’t let me finish and said “Check in doesnt start until 3pm” but with a very nasty attitude. I ignored it. Before going to bed, we put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle. The next morning, my husband and I got woken up by the Manager of the hotel banging on our door at 8am and yelling “housekeeping”. When my husband went to the door, he noticed that the manager opened our door with her key but thankfully, the door had another lock that can only be accessed from inside the room so the door was cracked up. When my husband got to the door, the lady says “do you have reservations?”… she did not introduce herself and was not in uniform so of course my husband asked who she was and it also seemed like she was recording because her phone was pointing at him while him being shirtless. I was still sleeping but he got my phone and showed her the reservations and then said “okay thank you sorry”…. what really bothered me was the banging on our door at 8am and shouting, through our door, “housekeeping” when she was the manager. Very disrespectful and this completely ruined my morning.

Disgusting!!!

Hotel was absolutely disgusting! Was taken to 6 different rooms all dirty, not cleaned, dirty sheets. By last room there was blood on pillow and we left! Absolutely disgusting don’t stay here!
