Where do I start...how about the first room they assigned me looked like a tornado went through it. Carpet pulled up and drying due to getting too wet (according to front desk). Then when I get a room I was so disappointed is not even the phrase I would use. We stay at comfort in a lot as we travel and have never had a issue with our stays. The USB outlet did not work, the wall outlet did not work, the mini - fridge add ice buildup, coffee pot dirty, hotel phone inoperable. This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in and that says a lot as we have stayed in literal one star hotels when we had no other option. The only reason why we stayed was there were conferences in Orlando that weekend and all other rooms in my budget $200.00 per night were not available.

Anything could go wrong did. Arrived at the room my daughter sat on one of the beds and it broke down nearly throwing her to the floor. HVAC or toilet leaked on me from the bathroom upstairs. They finally moved me to another room and the TV didn’t work or the toilet. Prior to being moved none of the rooms had blankets or comforters on them, I called room service to inquire if they had any and man at the front desk said yes come on down. I get downstairs and he says oh no we don’t have blankets but here’s an extra sheet. Later that same evening I wanted to purchase a bottle water from their cooler in the lobby, again I called the front desk asked how much the waters cost same man said $3 I responded ok I’ll be right down. I get downstairs and he says we don’t have any bottles of water. Now on to cleanliness definitely a mess. Faucets were not clean, got out the shower and was greeted from the previous guest with a love note drawn on the bathroom mirror through the steam.

the service and the customer service at the breakfast was great but beyond that, the front desk service needs improvements, the room carpet disgusting, the little safety box did NOT work at all, , the closet door... missing, carpets in general were dirty, and the cleaning of the room was poor or in some ocations NOT done at all...
