Property was as described, tidy, easy access, and close to our venue. Beds were confortable, plenty of towels, water pressure in showers was good. Good communication with host, the security at gate was very nice. There is a Walmart close, a Planet Smoothie, and Starbucks. We were near our Venue for our conference, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios, too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The rental did not match the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, I discovered several issues that made the property unsuitable for my stay:•Trash was left outside the front door•Trash was also left directly in front of the door•There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the rooms•Bugs were present in the sink•Alcohol had been left in the refrigerator•Prescription medication was found in an open drawer•The AC vent produced a very loud rattling noiseDue to these conditions, I did not feel comfortable staying in the property.

This was by far the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in.First of all, the actual room looked completely different from the pictures — it looked like someone was still living there. The TV was on, and bags were scattered all over the bed.On top of that, the gate security told me that renting out this apartment is not even allowed.I immediately called Vrbo to request a refund and cancellation, but they refused to help. When I contacted the host directly, they said they couldn’t refund me because they had no money.This experience was honestly terrifying during my trip, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
