The booking date was entered incorrectly — I needed a Friday night stay, but the reservation was made for Saturday. I contacted Expedia and was told to speak directly with the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk was completely unhelpful. Even though I rebooked and stayed on the correct Friday night, they refused to provide any credit or refund for the incorrect Saturday reservation. On top of that, they placed an additional deposit hold for the Saturday booking as well. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times for work and have also booked rooms here for my employees when traveling to Orlando. After this experience and the lack of support, they will not be getting any more of my personal or company business.

The room view was nice, the rooftop bar and pool was nice also, but that strong smell of food when you walk in the restaurant was horrible, need it to cover my nose every time I walked in, on top of that the hall way of the floor I stayed which was the 4th floor had a bad sewer smell.

Housekeepers were amazing. I would suggest adding a safe in the rooms for both domestic and international travelers for their personal items. The parking lot is not big enough to accommodate valet for surrounding restaurants. Hotel guest should get top priority. WiFi could have been stronger. Overall, a great location for a stay.
