The accommodations were clean and well stocked inside the villa. I had everything I needed to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The grounds were well kept pool was nice for families. The only downfall was parking was tight, if you arrived after dark it could be challenging to find a spot and the lighting was not the best. Also the building exterior was a bit run down, with broken gutters, along with holes and gaps on the exterior walls. I did enjoy my stay at this resort.

Had a reservation here, however, my son was hospitalized with RSV before the trip and they didn't give a refund, partial refund, nor rescheduled. This is simply greed. You should consider uncontrollable circumstances especially hospitalization. I will never book here again.

Amenities were nice, it was cold so couldn’t really use the pool ect but looked very fun. Room was spacious and more than what we needed for a great price.. room did smell a little funny and pillows were lumpy but other than that everything was perfect.

The room was in the dark cement basement like area. The carpet was dark black and wet like growing mold The dishwasher didn’t work and had 2 inches water sitting in the bottom. The air conditioning had to be decedent. Nine if the amenities were open like mini golf and zip liner the pool wasn’t cleaned. AWFUL
