We had a good time kids loved the pools only thing was floors in the room were extremely dirty our feet were black from just walking around the rooms other than that was a great stay.

We will never stay anywhere else while in Orlando the only setback was the elevators in our building didn’t work on the second day and we were on the 3rd floor so it was a nightmare

The stay would have been perfect. The only thing that I would ha e to say about the trip was that the communication from one department to another could have been a little better. We had a long drive and did not want to leave the premises. We walked over to get a bite to eat and and we were told that the grill did not have any food. Also the television service was out. We could not watch tv. Other than that, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I love the fact that they had movies by the pool and the popcorn was a plus. The pumpkin contest was nice. I picked #5...my sister picked pumpkin #1. They all were nice tho. I will come back another time to really get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities. I recommend because it is very family friendly.

Easy Check in, appreciated after a long travel day. Rooms look a bit dated and you kind of just have to find your way around a bit, theres no guide in the villa for switches, appliances etc. Its fine if you can understand basics :) Huge comfy bed, good quality towels and decent sized balcony. Did get the usual "welcome gift" spiel but as we were out everyday early never bothered to check in. Stillnwould definitely reccomend as a place for self catering
