overall the stay was disappointing. The air conditioning did not cool properly during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Housekeeping only provided one towel during daytime cleaning, which was inconvenient. Breakfast options were very limited-only bread and cereal were available. $4 great value water bottle.

We stayed here over Christmas which was a very busy time. We were not happy with the room assigned to us because it was near the elevator and the noisy motor kept us awake. The staff immediately honored our request for a different room which was much better. None of the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers, ice buckets or cups/glasses. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are small with just the basics. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area is very small and could not accommodate the number of guests. We took food to our rooms but we only could access a muffin, juice and coffee because of the crowds and long lines

Hello team. First off, I just want to say that all my other experiences with Hilton have been amazing. This time around though, I had a few complaints. First, the sheets and towels looked dirty and stained. Second, the bathroom door would get stuck from the inside if you closed it fully. The first day, I had closed the door inside the bathroom, and once I tried coming out, the door was stuck shut. If it weren’t for my partner being in the room with me, I would not have been able to open the door without busting it open. Third, the toilet would constantly stop flushing because the chain that connects the water lid to the handle would constantly fall off, so I had to manually put my hand in the tank to reattach the chain so the toilet could flush again. I had to do this various times. The stay was unfortunately not up to the previous standards I’ve had with Hilton.

I was only there one night. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard it at night and ALL mornimg which did not allow me to sleep in. Also, one of the towels left for us in the bathroom was actually dirty. The bed was comfy. Overall the room served its purpose bit can't say I will stay here again.
