One clerk was rude breakfast was slim and milk was in a kettle that was crusty looking and didn’t look good. Bathroom drains were kinda slow and backed up. But over all it was good for the price we paid for it. Neighborhood is a little questionable but we would stay there again for the price.

Not only a staff condescending, but the place has roaches. Not one or two, but I managed to see three by stay there. And also about a six or seven inch piece of hair that is clearly not lying in the shower.

i think they could do more on the cleaning inside and outside space , although the inside was moderately okay. curtains had been torn which was a bit frustrating giving the area didn’t seem quite safe (TO ME) . something about the water didn’t seem right and … honestly the place just needs some renovation/ fixer upper. it’s decent though, i appreciated it !

Room was dirty Tub was leaking on to the floor before we even open the water, hallways dirty. Nothing like the Expedia pictures. They need to update them. Ants in the room and my husband killed a roach. Not to mention the smell. Had to get room freshener. Pillows very uncomfortable I think they gave us that room because we reserved through Expedia at a cheaper price? Went to eat breakfast and got back at 930am to a locked room a the keys were not working, we were supposed to check out at 11am but they had already locked us out of the room. They claimed it was automated. Thats bull! Not very nice experience but since it was a holiday weekend, nothing else was available. Very disappointing. You have been warned.

The property was run down. As soon as I walked into my room it smelled wet like mold. As someone who has seen and smelled mold before I know what I’m talking about. There was a gap under the door so the smell of marijuana from the smokers two to three doors down made the whole room smell like weed immediately. The bathroom was disgusting and had ONLY two small towels not even full sized towels. The sofa couch did not come with bedsheets or comforter to sleep or an extra pillow and none was found in the unit. The AC had rust in the vents and there was pieces of rust flying out. The floor was extremely worn out with major scuffs and cracks between the laminate wood. Looked like paper wood. The bed felt wet from the humidity. One of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far at any hotel stay. Only reason I made what I could out of it was because I was attending a funeral and didn’t have time to search for another hotel. I can say without a doubt that this hotel should not be part of the Wyndham properties. I will most definitely never stay here again.
