Very convenient location to parks, neighborhood was very tight & crowded. House was a bit dirty. No bugs or anything like that, grimy cabinets & doors .. needs a deep cleaning .Carpet on steps and upstairs needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Awesome Stay!

Cleanliness: Normal wear and tear but incredibly clean and well maintained. Carpets could use deep cleaning and/or replacement. Kitchen was beautiful, modern and fully equipped for our large group of 12. The outdoor space with pool was very clean and super relaxing after long days at the parks. The layout of the house works perfectly for large groups, we had lots of space to spread out. The pictures in the listing were true to the actual home. Location: Extremely ideal location, close to the resort’s waterpark and all sorts of shopping. Most stores were not more than 1.5 miles away which was super convenient for our large group. Disney parks were less than 30 mins away maybe even closer without Holiday traffic. The neighborhood was full of vacationers but was generally pretty quiet. Community was clean and well maintained. Host Interaction:Mr. Host was very nice to deal with. All communication was smooth throughout the process. There were some small issues with the house and were addressed almost immediately. Overall Experience:We would definitely recommend this home and/or Mr. Host to our family and friends. We had such an amazing time and peaceful experience.

Everything about this visit was perfect! This is a great amount of space with everything you need in the kitchen. Only complaint would be the weak Wifi. If we had questions they were answered promptly. Will be back for sure!!

Awesome Place!

Our family stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious, nicely decorated, and everything worked great. The location was close to all Disney parks. The house pool was great for relaxing. The waterpark on site was a nice addition for relaxing on a non-Disney day. I loved the many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a great place to stay at!

Great house!

We loved staying at this property! There was plenty of room for all of us! There was enough kitchen pots and pans to use. We paid to heat the pool and it heated up fairly quickly. We only utilized the splash pad and public pool one day but it was nice. We Would love to come back again. Also there is a target and Publix right down the street.

Excellent Location

We found Storey Lake last year while visiting Disney. The location could not be better so I searched it out again. This house was fantastic! There is easily enough space and rooms for 3 families. It’s very kid friendly and well stocked. There was a slight problem with the code upon arrival, but I was able to message someone and get an immediate response and the problem fixed.

Perfect house for a big family!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, and a great location. Check-in was easy with great communication. Beds are VERY comfortable after long days at Disney. If you are planning to cook a lot, bring your own pans and griddle, as only basic supplies are provided. The TVs are very confusing, could use printed instructions. We had some issues with the pool heat that were not fully resolved, which was disappointing. Again, clear, printed instructions in the house would have helped. The clubhouse is beautiful and close, but was very crowded during Spring Break. Overall, we would stay here again.
