Decepção com o Renaissance Orlando

Reservamos o Renaissance Orlando pela sua excelente localização e pelas boas avaliações e fotos no Google, mas, ao chegar, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. O quarto estava empoeirado e com uma bola de cabelo do hóspede anterior. Além disso, o azulejo do box estava quebrado — algo totalmente inaceitável para um hotel que se apresenta como parte do complexo Disney e cobra tarifas elevadas. Reservamos a estadia com café da manhã incluso (US$ 15 por pessoa), mas, no segundo dia, fomos informados, de forma inesperada, que, devido à baixa ocupação, não haveria buffet. O pior: tivemos que escolher entre comer frutas ou ovos, como se fosse razoável limitar o café da manhã dessa forma, sem aviso prévio. Para piorar, me ofereceram outros itens do cardápio, mas com cobrança extra — um verdadeiro absurdo. As taxas cobradas são altíssimas. Paguei cerca de R$ 3.900 pela estadia e mais R$ 2.000 em taxas adicionais — um custo total que não se justifica de forma alguma, considerando a baixa qualidade da hospedagem e dos serviços oferecidos. Foi uma grande frustração. O valor cobrado está muito acima da experiência entregue, e certamente não recomendo e não pretendo retornar.

I stayed here to be close enough to the Orlando Conference center for a meeting (about 15min uber ride) but be able to walk to Disney Springs, which it was. The pool area was smaller than it looked in the photos and not really nice enough to want to hang there and read a book. My room fine and pretty standard for a hotel chain. It was overall clean and respectable but easily forgotten. Having said that, I'd stay again for a meeting but probably not if I was going on vacation with my family or a romantic getaway.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for a great night's sleep.

The location is good, so is the hotel. But paying 30 dollars pr night for parking and additional resort fee( not heated pool) isn’t right. Some of the staff was great and attentive, but the front desk staff was awful. Cleaning was terrible and when staff were informed I was just met by sorry but nothing we can do. That doesn’t cut it, even though the hotel is a feast for the eye. The cleaning lady at the gym was very nice and friendly and took her job very seriously and followed up the cockroach that was laying in there.
