Cleaning & Sanitation:
Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning protocol before each check-in. Fresh linens and towels will be provided based on the home’s capacity, and additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge during your stay.

Spa:
Spa amenities are available at no additional cost, with the water temperature capped at 95°F. The heating system uses heat exchange and may not be effective during extremely cold weather. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any spa-related issues.

No Pets Allowed:
Although we love animals, our property is not designed to accommodate them.

Packages & Online Orders:
The USPS does not treat vacation homes as residential addresses, so packages shipped through USPS will be returned to the sender. However, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon deliveries will be accepted. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delivery issues or complications with online orders.

No Smoking Indoors:
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the house. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
