Found blood spots on bottom of bed sheets.Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires in tv room.Roach was found dead on floor in laundry and a dirty sock was on the laundry floor as well.The patio door latch was broken, along with the bracket that should hold the security bar. The screw holding the bracket was almost completely out. Only way to secure the door was to put the bar on bottom on door.Almost all of the ice cube trays were all broken up.Bottom of shower curtain liner had mold on it.We have pictures to back up every claim above. We are requesting some type compensation from the owner. Obliviously this unit was never checked before it was rented to us.I have tried to call Ina with no response as of 11:40am on 3-12-26

On site restaurant was a great asset as was the handicap accessible bathroom with shower chair and grab bars. Only issue we had was the height of the bed/mattress was too tall for a person with mobility issues. Quiet property/neighborhood

Loved Bahama Bay

The Resort is beautiful and we enjoyed walking every day. Access to 4 pools was great but we generally went to the one outside our window. We met so many nice people. Being on the first floor was very convenient. We loved having a TV in the bedrooms. The unit itself could use some updating and maintenance. There was mold on the ceilings of the bathrooms which we cleaned off temporarily. The furniture and beds were not comfortable and the carpet needs to be cleaned. More silverware, plates and other kitchen items would be helpful. The blinds in the living room were missing slats and did not close good. Overall, the unit gets a rating of 2.5 out of 5. We will however come back to the Resort.
