As the owner of two property care companies that provides hospitality services to owners of vacation rental properties, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, specifically with the management company. They absolutely did not have themselves together when it came to communicating issues and responding in a timely manner. Incredibly rude and absolutely not eager to provide any type of assistance. Not professional at all. The owner should definitely seek new management.
