Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.



The Neighborhood:

While Solara Resort itself is a gated community with its own amenities and offerings, it doesn't have a traditional neighborhood in the immediate vicinity. It's situated in an area with other vacation rentals and resorts, offering convenient access to the major attractions and highways of Orlando.



Here's what you can expect surrounding Solara Resort:

+ Located off US-192, near Westside Blvd. and Florence Villa Grove Rd., with easy access to highways I-4, US-27, and 429.

+ Roughly 8 miles from the Disney World complex.

+ Major shopping malls, outlets, and entertainment options are readily accessible by car.



At the heart of Solara Resort is the Grand Clubhouse, a central hub of activity and relaxation. Here, guests can indulge in a variety of dining options, from a cozy on-site restaurant and bar to a coffee bar and an ice cream parlor. The clubhouse also features a sundries store for all your essentials, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor lounges perfect for unwinding or catching up on work in the business center.



For those seeking outdoor activities, Solara Resort does not disappoint. The resort showcases a competition-level FlowRider Surfing Simulator, inviting both novices and pros to ride the waves. Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
