Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was excellent and the decor was charming, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us.Upon arrival, the property was noticeably dirty. There were small black hairs all over the floors and even on the bathroom counters. There was also overflowing trash both in the driveway and beside the house, which immediately gave a poor first impression. The pool also did not appear to be maintained or cleaned regularly.The hot tub situation was especially frustrating. We paid an additional 33 per day for a heated hot tub, but when we arrived on day one, the water was completely cold. We were told to “give it time to heat up,” but after four hours it was still cold. When I checked the controls myself, I noticed the temperature was locked at 26C (around 79F), which is nowhere near hot tub temperature — it’s barely even lukewarm. I explained this multiple times to the property management company, but they continued telling me to wait despite the temperature clearly being capped. After numerous emails, they finally refunded the hot tub fee.The stove was also barely functional. Only two burners somewhat worked, and even those took forever to heat up. I had to leave a burner on high for roughly 20 minutes before it was even usable, and it still took another 20 minutes just to cook scrambled eggs.Overall, the property has potential because of the location, but it desperately needs a better cleaning service and a management company that accurately represents
