Check in process was smooth. When we arrived we loved the space but upon further inspection the couches were filthy, the blinds that cover the windows and doors to the pool were broke and wouldn’t shut all the way. One sink had bad rust inside of it. It looked like someone puked in the sink it was that bad. One of the showers you can’t take a shower in because it barely drips water so 3 bathrooms only 2 you could shower in. Air conditioner thermostat is locked up set on 78. All of the beds mattresses are cheap and squeak when you move so we all hardly slept. The pots and pans were used and still had food in them stashed away so we had to clean the dishes ourselves before we used them. Should have brought our own dishes because the ones there are very very cheap and small. Pool was dirty and on the day before we left someone came to clean it unexpectedly a guy just shows up unannounced in the pool area. Here’s the biggest thing!! My kids kept getting bites on them. When we were doing the check out instructions taking the bedding off my daughters bed had a LIVE bed bug running across the bed. I smashed it and put it on a paper towel for the host to see and took a picture. Sent pictures of all of this to the host and all she did was apologize. My kids are covered in bites and I’m praying we don’t take bed bugs home. I’m pure disgusted and disappointed. We paid 800 for 4 nights, got hardly any sleep, and bed bugs! I NEVER complain about anything but this is unacceptable!!!!
