Once we got everything situated our stay was good. We definitely look forward to the renovations because the hotel is dirty on the outside. For the most part, our rooms were clean enough. However, we definitely understand that along with the renovations will bring higher prices being charged.

The check in was way too long. They could not find reservation even with confirmation number. Gave us a room with a door that would not latch or shut, had to turn lock for it even to close all the way. The second bedroom did not even have a door on it? No sure why.

We stayed just one night to go to New Year's Eve at SeaWorld. The vibe and atmosphere at the resort was amazing upon arrival and we could've rang in the new year from there if we chose. Staff was smiling and friendly even with the busyness of check-in. The room was very comfortable and spacious for such a small place. My only concerns about the room were that it was hard to figure out the light and fan in the main bedroom and there was blood on the side of the toilet that we noticed when we returned from SeaWorld. The beds were super comfortable and the pullout couch was a great bonus for my teenager. The next morning we did check out the “lagoon” area even though it was cold. Several people were swimming but we did not. I was very disappointed in the Basketball area. That was something my family was looking forward to and the online picture showed several hoops, but in reality, there was one hoop and three other empty poles where hoops used to be. The court or the online picture needs to be updated as in reality it’s pretty rundown compared to the picture. Overall, we will be returning to this property.
