It has 3 bedrooms, the first with a 1.50 bed, the second with a 1.35 bed and the third with two 1.05 beds. There are two complete bathrooms, one inside the house with shower and the other outside with shower and bathtub. The house has two complete kitchens, one inside with everything necessary for the stay (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware ......), and there is another outside with all the comforts (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator .....).
The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, TV, dining area.....
The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the house has mosquito nets.
The house has wonderful exteriors for the enjoyment, in a rural and quiet environment where you can swim in the private pool (from April to November) while watching the mountains, with a porch of 70 meters equipped with outdoor furniture ideal for enjoying a meal. (15/04/2026 - 01/11/2026).
It is located just over a kilometer from Órgiva, the capital of the Alpujarra Granadina, with places to visit as the Parish of Our Lady of Expectation, Benizalte Mill of the sixteenth century, Casa Palacio de los Condes de Sástago .... etc.
And if you like hiking, there are routes with places of interest such as Ruinas del Castillejo, Minas de Sierra Lujar .....
