Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room features a queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for unwinding after a ski session or bike ride. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, raclette set, kettle, and toaster. A Smart TV is available for watching the news or streaming your favorite shows.

Bedroom:
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment offers one queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 190 cm), all with French-standard bedding, for a total capacity of six guests.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and separate toilet. A hairdryer is available, and towels are included for your comfort.

Other Equipment:
- The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
- A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, making it easy for you to handle your laundry during your stay.
- On the ground floor, you’ll find everything you need to store your ski equipment.
- We also provide (on request) all the necessary equipment for young children, including a travel cot and a high chair, so that the whole family can feel comfortable.
- Board games are also available to liven up your evenings.

Winter Sports Access:
The apartment is ideally located just 3 minutes by car from the Orelle gondola (free parking), offering direct access to the 3 Vallées, the world’s largest ski area with 600 km of slopes and 200 lifts. Reach the summit of Val Thorens (3,200 m) in under 20 minutes! The connection to Val Thorens is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.
Other nearby ski resorts include Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and more.

Outdoor amenities for the summer:
Relax in our outdoor space during the summer, where a bright sunroom awaits you. Enjoy the large table to share meals with family or friends, and savor delicious grilled dishes thanks to the barbecue available for your use. Next to the accommodation, a traditional bread oven offers you a unique and friendly culinary experience. Everything is in place for warm and tasty moments in the open air!

Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking & Nature:
Maurienne is the world's largest cycling area, with 1,600+ km of marked routes and iconic Alpine passes such as Galibier, Iseran, Croix-de-Fer, Télégraphe, and Madeleine. Perfect for road cyclists and mountain bikers alike.
Nature lovers will appreciate the Vanoise National Park, with its well-marked trails, alpine lakes, and rich wildlife. Families will enjoy via ferrata, swimming in mountain lakes, adventure parks, and local festivals and markets.
In summer (July and August), the connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Outside the winter and summer seasons, the gondola remains closed.

Access:
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment benefits from easier road access than the Tarentaise resorts, even during peak holiday times. Orelle provides reliable snow clearing throughout winter. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the highway exit and 1h45 from Lyon and Geneva airports and TGV stations. Free parking available.

Important Information:
– Bed linen and towels are included.
– A €500 security deposit is required via Swikly (secure online system, no card hold or charge).
– Pets are not allowed.
– The apartment is on the 3rd floor (stairs only), and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
