Terrible

The hotel double charged me. I was charged through hotels.com and the hotel charged me a night's stay as well. When I called the hotel to rectify the situation they were snarly and said it was hotel.com's fault. There are actually three bogus charges on my account. One for $123 one for $98 one for $25. Two of them dropped off but the $123 charge remained and they claimed it was the fault of hotels com. These people are either frauds or incompetent.
