Pros:*Location!! So close to Eagle beach and Superfoods*Quiet, in spite of nearby construction *Nice pool, small socializing area outside, and BBQ space*Great air conditioning & wifi*The small cooler, chairs, and beach towels were appreciated (although there were only 3 chairs)*full size fridge*laundry is available on site*hot water and good water pressure was appreciated after a day on the beach*friendly neighboursCons:*Very noisy beds in both rooms kept us all from having good sleeps (get your minds out of the gutter). The bed frames were incredibly creaky every time anyone rolled over or moved*Lack of start up supplies (salt & pepper, tinfoil, fridge containers, Kleenex, and toilet paper); communication was unclear from the office staff regarding this aspect*large cooler was almost unusable since the handle was brokenSuggestions*a large mat inside the door would prevent sand from tracking in to the condo*a larger space outside near the BBQ’s would be nice, or dining tables on the patios of the main floor condos. This would possibly prevent the saving of tables all day.*designated smoking area outside of the courtyard*better signage and directions for parking (we arrived late at night; it was tricky)
