With a well equipped kitchen, large living room & modern bathroom-laundry. It is very quiet and is ideal for two couples, a family or the business traveler with dedicated workspaces in both bedrooms. A short 300m away there's Bills Beans Cafe and SMH Hatted Restaurant 'Charred' and Taco Bell. While the CBD is less than 3 minutes' drive away. Set in the inner East Orange precinct, there is an energetic feel to the area with an Art Gallery, East Orange Post Office and the well-established 'Bills Beans' corner coffee shop all within half a block. Taco Bell and the well-established 'Charred - SMH Hatted Restaurant' are within 1-2 blocks walk. Great place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paddington Villa. The location was perfect and the unit was clean and had everything a family needs. Would definitely stay there again!

Easter in Orange

Very happy with the accommodation. Comfortable quality bed and bedding, Kitchen was equiped well and laundry washer and drier were simple to use and worked well. Allowed us to return to the unit at 11.30 on check out day for our daughter to have a quick shower following a basketball game, before we then travelled home. Nice coffee shop 2 minute walk away and centre of town a 5 minute drive away.
