Circa 1880 this home has been lovingly restored keeping many of the original features and giving a real feel of old world charm.

On the ground floor there is ducted heating for all 4 bedrooms and living areas. On the top floor there is a split system in the 5th bedroom. There is also a second split system in the kitchen area on the ground floor.

Convenient location, good bedrooms. No outside sitting area, front verandah dirty. Given the cost some basic provisions in the kitchen would have been nice. Only a few tea bags and no milk.
