Room felt neglected, noises of plumbing pipes all night, fridge whirring all night, and some electronic buzzing of doors every hour or so. It was like noise torture and hearing flip flops of people outside the room door at all hours of the dark morning.. zero sleep possible.

The property is situated in the middle of Irvine right next to the hospital room was clean and organized. The 4 PM checkout is ridiculously late and then to be informed that there was no water available between 11 and three until we arrived at the hotel upon leaving, I realized I hadn’t left behind a cooler with medicine. Staff was very unhelpful in my family room retrieving my medicine.

I had a wonderful one-night stay on a Wednesday. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Also my room featured a mini-kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, sink, and accessories (I only used the microwave). Super quiet, convenient to the Hoag Hospital. Oddly they charge for parking even though there is a huge lot that was less than half full. Overall a really nice experience at a reasonable price!
