Very run down property dirty pool green! Loud guests were not corrected until several complaints to security

Needs work

The condo was outdated and the floor was filthy. Our white socks turned gray/black on the bottoms just from walking on the floors. The locations and beach were great. If it was updated and clean we could have given it 5 stars.

Half the outlets didn’t work. No remote for one of the TVs. Couldn’t barely get in one shower before the water went cold. The dryer was venting hot air back into the condo. Exhaust fan didn’t work in one of the bathrooms. The manager was rude to my family member and he’s lucky he wasn’t rude to me because it would have went different & we would have had a problem. The place needs severely updated & I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place available due to the rude manager and how can you be so rude when the place your renting out is definitely not top tier! Do better and learn how to speak to people!
