This spacious 1,300-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Each of the three bedrooms offers its own en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and inviting decor. The master suite features a king bed, private balcony access with Gulf views, a flat-screen TV, and a large en-suite bath with double vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a walk-in closet. The second suite includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo that's also accessible from the living area. The third suite offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to a second balcony facing north with serene views of Cotton Bayou.
The living room is the heart of the condo, featuring a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with satellite. The open-concept dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you'll need to whip up meals or snacks with ease.
Step outside to the private Gulf-front balcony, where a dining table with six chairs invites you to dine al fresco or simply unwind with a drink in hand and the sound of waves in the background.
When you are ready to venture out of the condo, enjoy the large outdoor Gulf-front pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, or stay active in the on-site fitness room, then soothe your muscles in the sauna. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
