Don't Do It

I really wanted to enjoy this stay! Our condo was dirty especially table tops, furniture, and ESPECIALLY the floors. There are spots on the floors that are black where dirt is settled in. There's mold spots on the ceiling in both bathrooms. During our entire stay our feet never touched the floor and we didn't sit on any furniture. We washed our sheets, top comforter and pillow cases. I'm not sure if it even helped much because the washing machine was making a horrible noise. The water pressure is horrible. The only room we used was the master bedroom and bathroom. We cleaned it thoroughly with sanitizing wipes. The wipes were black after wiping remotes, door knobs, and light switches. It's unacceptable considering how much they charge for cleaning fees. Then on one occasion the unit next to ours had the door open with all of the lights on. We noticed it in the morning when we left and when we returned that night it was still open. We contacted the property and she was no help. Then my husband went to contact security and he wasn't anywhere to be found. So we ended up calling 911 because we were worried someone might be injured inside. One of our balcony locks wouldn't work. If you have higher expectations or standards don't stay here. We will not be staying at another phoenix property.
