Our 4th floor condo offers a king bed master suite with gulf view, a second bedroom with 2 queen beds, private bath and a gulf view, and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds, retro video gaming station and private bath. Flat screen TVs in each room. The floor plan is perfect for groups who want a large open area where everyone can lounge, dine, play games and make memories together, while still having their own private sleeping quarters. There is a stack washer/dryer inside the unit and an additional half bathroom. There are two pools (seasonally heated) with attached grilling patios, a fitness room, and WiFi access. Each building has its own elevator. There is a $50 parking fee per vehicle.
