The property is 1200 m2 surrounded by fruit trees (figs, cherries, walnuts and other) vineyard (cca 50 years) and olive groves (cca 40 years). 3 parking spaces available. Near the house just a few meters away is the soccer field of the town which is usable.
It is located 400 m from the center of Oprtalj-Portole, and 30 km from the sea and the beach.
Distance from the supermarket 15 km, shop, restaurant, post office just 400 m.
Just 20 m from the house passes the road that leads to the Parenzana (cycle path).

Willkommen daheim
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr Gut ausgestattete Küche. Dazu ein Willkommenskorb ( ( Wein, Wasser, Nudeln, Sosse), frische Blumen .
Bäder,: modern, vor allem sehr sauber. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, erteilt Tips zum Aufenthalt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Veranstaltungen, Ausflugsziele.. im Ort gibt es 2 Restaurants- sehr empfehlenswert.
